When you visit our website

To deliver a page, the hosting infrastructure processes connection data such as your IP address, the requested address, the time of the request and technical browser information. These data support delivery, operation and security of the website.

For processing necessary for these purposes, we rely on our legitimate interest in an accessible and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our cookie notice describes storage in your browser.

When you contact us by email, telephone or post

We use information you provide, such as your name, contact details, company details, the contents of your enquiry and any attachments, to handle your request and communicate with you. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry.

If you request a quotation or service in your own name, we process the necessary data to take the steps you request before a contract or to perform that contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For contact on behalf of a company and general business enquiries, our legitimate interest is to answer the enquiry and maintain the business contact under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contacting us is voluntary. Without the information needed to understand your enquiry or contact you again, we may be unable to handle it. This website has no contact form.

Email through Google Workspace

We use Google Workspace for our info@mgtrabv.com mailbox. Email addresses, message contents, attachments and technical transmission data are processed through Google to enable our business correspondence.

Google and the sub-processors involved in providing this service may process these data. Google also lists processing locations outside the EEA, including the United States. Its Data Processing Addendum describes transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. Links to the addendum and sub-processor list are provided on this page. You may ask us for information about these safeguards or a copy.

The email link opens your email application. Our website does not send a message through that action, and displaying the link alone does not transmit visitor data to Google. When you send a message, your chosen email provider also processes it.

Hosting and recipients

We use Wix for hosting. Wix.com Ltd. and the relevant hosting, infrastructure and security providers may process technical data to deliver the website. Wix publishes a Data Processing Addendum and a list of sub-processors, linked on this page.

According to Wix’s information, processing may take place in the European Union, Israel and other countries, including the United States. Wix describes applicable adequacy decisions and, where required, standard contractual clauses with additional safeguards. Its published documents provide access to these safeguards. You may also ask us for information or a copy.

Cloudflare, Inc. is also involved in securing the connection to this website. Cloudflare processes the bot protection cookie data. It states that processing may take place in the United States and describes international transfer safeguards in its privacy policy. If your enquiry involves a delivery partner or an intermediary service, any sharing of contact or job details depends on the particular request and the parties involved. Where required, we provide further information before the data are used for that purpose.

How long are data kept?

Retention depends on the purpose and type of data. For an enquiry, the relevant period is the time needed to handle it and complete the associated correspondence. For a contract, applicable legal retention obligations and the handling of specific claims may require longer retention.

These criteria also apply to email messages and attachments; using an email service does not, by itself, set one fixed retention period for all correspondence.

For technical hosting data, the criteria are operation, security and resolution of incidents within applicable legal limits. A cookie’s lifetime is different from the retention period of data on a server.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. You may exercise the right to data portability where it applies.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
